A chapter opens when two things exist: a named local partner doing direct service, and a person accountable for the hour ledger. Not before.
Founding

Our founding chapter. We are in conversation with local organisations doing direct service and will name a partner here once there is a written agreement, and not one day sooner.
We never charge a volunteer for placement, never bundle travel, and never issue a record for a one-week visit. The duration requirement makes it structurally impossible to mistake Vinctura for a voluntourism operator, which is the point of having it.
