Standing policy

What we hold, and for how long.

What we collect

From applicants: a name, an email address, a region, an availability, and whatever they choose to write in one free-text field. From members: the hours they serve, recorded at sign-in. From anyone who writes to us: the message and the address to reply to. Nothing else, and nothing automatic.

What we do not collect

No advertising or analytics trackers, no third-party scripts, no fingerprinting, no cookies for anything other than a form submission in progress. We do not hold any information about the people our partners serve, and we do not ask for it.

Publication

The only personal information Vinctura publishes is what appears on a record: a name, a rank, a number of hours, a period, and a place. It is published only where the holder has specifically agreed, and it enters search engines only on a second, separate opt-in that is off by default.

Retention, correction, withdrawal

Applications that do not proceed are deleted within twelve months. The hour ledger and issued records are kept indefinitely, because a record of service that disappears is not a record. You may ask us at any time to correct anything, or to withdraw your record from public view — it moves to a withdrawn state rather than vanishing, and we will tell you plainly what remains and why.

Write to us and we will answer. Ask about your data.

This page describes what the system actually does. If you find something here that does not match how the site behaves, that is a defect and we want to know about it.
