ask before booking
- What is included in the price?
- The proposed package scope names planning, route work, direction, and a minimum image count. Delivery, gallery, print-release, and retouching terms are not live until they appear in a reviewed agreement.
- How many photographs will I get?
- Each proposed session names a minimum: Portrait at least 25, Signature at least 55, and Legacy at least 85. The proposed group scope is at least 22 individual images per graduate plus group frames. Those terms are not yet a live agreement.
- When will I get them?
- No delivery turnaround is published yet. A delivery date can only be promised after it is written into a reviewed agreement and the workflow is open.
- What if the weather is bad?
- The proposed weather policy is: If it rains, or the wind is over 15 mph, or it is below 35 or above 95 degrees, we move the session and you pay nothing extra. It requires legal review before it can become a customer promise.
- Will we have to queue at the Lion Shrine?
- A queue is possible. The proposed approach is: Iconic spots are shot early, in an order that puts you in front of them before the crowd arrives. You are never billed for time spent standing in a line. The session is scheduled so that we are not standing in one. It cannot promise access or a queue-free visit.
- I have no idea how to pose.
- The proposed service includes simple direction on posing and movement. Vinctura has not yet delivered a session, so it does not make a customer-experience claim about that process.
- Can my parents and family be in the photographs?
- The proposed scope can include family frames and an optional family block. Any final family scope has to be written into the reviewed agreement before a session is offered.
- How many outfits can I bring?
- The draft package scopes describe outfit time, but changing locations and any campus conditions need to be checked before an agreement is offered.
- Do I need my cap and gown?
- Only if you want regalia frames. Confirm current regalia availability and any relevant campus conditions before making a plan.
- Can we shoot inside Beaver Stadium?
- Access to the interior is controlled by the University and is not something an independent photographer can arrange. An exterior visit would need to be planned separately and checked against current University access and event conditions.
- Do you shoot video?
- Not at this time. If Vinctura adds video, it will be listed with a clear scope and price only after the operating work supports it.
- Do you drive us between locations?
- No. Client transportation is not part of the planned service. The location guide contains map-derived planning estimates only; any travel arrangement remains the client’s responsibility.
- Is Vinctura connected to the University in any way?
- No. Vinctura is independent and has no affiliation with or endorsement from The Pennsylvania State University.
- What do I actually have to do?
- While enquiries are closed, review the proposed scope, locations, privacy information, and terms. Once the operating workflow is open, the actual agreement will state what each party needs to do.
