Is there a charge for waiting in line at the Lion Shrine?

The proposed policy does not add a line surcharge. It does not promise that a location will be queue-free or that a specific amount of session time will be available.

How many photographs do I get?

Each proposed package names a minimum: at least 25, 55, 85 finished images respectively. Those terms need to be included in the reviewed agreement before a client can rely on them.

What happens if it rains?

The proposed weather policy is published as planning information. It must be reviewed and written into the actual agreement before a session is offered.

The guide suggests mid-March through late April for a May graduation and late September through early November for an autumn session. Vinctura makes no current availability or crowd-free-slot claim.

Do you photograph friend groups?

The proposed group scope is for two to six graduates, with individual portraits and group frames. A group of four splits to $364.75 each; the booking total remains controlling.

Booking terms

Holding a date. Proposed: A 30% retainer holds the date. The balance is due the day before the session.
Moving a date. Proposed: Move the date once, free, up to 48 hours before. Weather reschedules are always free and do not count.
Weather. Proposed: If it rains, or the wind is over 15 mph, or it is below 35 or above 95 degrees, we move the session and you pay nothing extra.
Cancelling. Proposed: Cancel more than 14 days out and the retainer becomes a credit good for a year. Inside 14 days the retainer is kept, because the date can no longer be resold.
Lines and crowds. Proposed: You are never billed for time spent standing in a line. The session is scheduled so that we are not standing in one.
Your photographs. Proposed delivery, gallery, and print-release terms require legal review before use.
